Order processing and shipping

Tracking information is sent by email when your order ships. Estimated delivery timing begins after the carrier receives the package.

Caps

Caps are not preorder products. Allow up to 10 business days for your hat to ship.

Campus jerseys

Preorders close September 18.

Production runs from September 26 through October 9.

Estimated shipping is October 10 through October 15.

Tracking is sent by email when the order ships.

Campus bags

Preorders close September 25.

Production runs from September 26 through October 9.

Estimated shipping is October 10 through October 15.

Orders with different fulfillment schedules

Products with different production or fulfillment schedules may ship separately so available items are not delayed.

A separate tracking email will be sent for each shipment. Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees when we divide an order into multiple shipments.

Carrier and address information

Carrier delays may occur after a package leaves our possession.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact louissmith10@gmail.com as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected.

We cannot guarantee address changes after fulfillment begins. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered during checkout.
